Our free-range Red Label guinea fowl from the Landes region at the Bocuses d’Or 2015

actualites_bocuses_or3Established in 1987 by Paul Bocuse, prize-winning chef with 3 Michelin stars and icon of Haute Cuisine, the Bocuse d’Or is the most prestigious international cookery competition.

For the final round, the Bocuse d'Or judges chose the guinea fowl for the meat category. Our Label Rouge free-range guinea fowl from the Landes region, supplied by METRO, won this prestigious competition hands down.

The national winner of this 15th edition of the Bocuse d’Or was Norway, with the United States and Sweden taking silver and bronze.
